WHOEVER RUNS THIS PLACE SHOULD HAVE SOMEONE IN THE FRONT THEY SHOULD HAVE SECURITY SOMETHING! ANYONE COULD WALK OFF THE STREETS IN HERE AND HARM THESE PEOPLE! I had a family member in here recently and they did a great job. My grandma absolutely loved the staff but the hospital ended up messing up. My grandma actually had a broken hip! As a nurse who has worked at this facility on and off for several years, I strongly advise families and healthcare workers to use extreme caution before placing a loved one here or seeking employment. Do not work here. Do NOT put someone you love here. During my time at this facility, I witnessed repeated decisions that, in my professional opinion, compromised patient safety and placed staff licenses at risk. Lots of collaboration of staff. The activities staff do a great job of offering activities for the residents and including family. The therapy staff works very hard to get loved ones back home or to the least restrictive environment. Nurses are very caring and kind.
Therapy team and nursing cares about our residents. Residents have lots of opportunities to build community.
A worker has been talking a lot about what's happening in there, when i was visiting with a friend of mines family, and I overheard her talking/complaining on the phone with her boyfriend while not helping half of the elderly who need help, or rushing them all to bed without feeding them or getting them drinks and being very rude to them and rolling her eyes as they hungry and thirsty.
