Never any managers on sight. They always have their door locked at the Sangre de Cristo office and hide in the back so they don't have to deal with clients. They have LOST multiple peoples money orders and charge late fees until they find they money order in the wrong location of their files. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
I went through hell at the Sangre De Cristo apartments. I’m looking for anyone that got there rights violated during the construction. The property manager told everyone that if they didn’t let the construction supervisor and his workers come in without a 24 hour notice anytime even after 5:00 pm and weekends and when your not home or it would be a violation of HUD rules and you would get evicted if you didn’t comply.
