We love the loving care and personal attention given to us and our fur boy Sawyer, when we had him neutered the other day. Dr Tanaka was so caring and made it so welcoming for us. My 6 month old puppy was recently diagnosed with a mast cell tumor on her cheek and Dr Tanaka did an amazing job surgically removing it with clear margins, while preserving her beautiful face. ☺️ Words can’t express how much I appreciate him and his kind team helping me navigate through this cancer diagnosis. She is back to being a happy, hungry, mischievous puppy and I now celebrate every puppy kiss from her, thanks to him and his team!🐾

I just had my first experience with Dr. Tanaka at Santa Fe Animal Clinic and am VERY impressed. My dog is nervous and growls but he was patient and understanding with her temperament. He also gave me some excellent tips on how to deal with her personality and what to watch out for. I'm so grateful to find this gem of a clinic and highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a moderately priced, well staffed, kind and gentle veterinary clinic.
