This review is specific to the service department. On 7/2/19, my car was dropped off to Santa Cruz Nissan dealership by my son, with a complaint of losing coolant fluid. Their diagnosis was a water pump failure, and repair parts were ordered with an expected delay due to it being around the July 4th holiday. I attempted to contact both Service advisor Rick Torres and the Service Manager (Mark) on 7/8/19, but apparently neither individual works on Mondays. The unprofessionalism I experience with the Santa Cruz Volkswagen Services department is unbelievable. On 7/22/2021 between 3-4pm I called to talk to a services advisor and schedule an appointment, as the low oil level sensor light went on, we all know the car may be damage if driven. I was informed by the receptionist all services advisor where busy, was offered to schedule the appointment, and a call back request was going to be submitted (Never got the call back). Santa Cruz Volkswagen Services Department is so UNPROFESSIONAL, plain sad to see the poor costumer services they have. No respect, care for their costumers

I'm really not happy with the fact that I went in for an oil change and was told it was necessary to have a full 30,000 mile check which resulted in a $200 bill instead on maybe a $90 oil change. But whatever, I should have known better. What is upsetting and annoying is that I waited two hours for a service that should have taken one and as soon as I get about 20 miles away my tire pressure light comes on.
