I currently live here and I won’t be renewing my lease. I fell for the “new amenities and new carpet”thing and turns out They have a TERRIBLE roach/bug infestation and a mice problem till this day. The new leasing manager Percy j Mathew’s is rude and unprofessional . My internet stopped working out of nowhere so I had cox internet come out and when they pulled out the wire from the wall it was chewed through completely by mice. That’s why my internet went out. Overall I been living here 6 months, I met most of my neighbors, they are all friendly and mind their business, the apartments are fairly quite compared to others I’ve lived in. Although the apartments aren’t in a safe area i haven’t seen any crime in these specific units and my car feels relatively safe for having a nice car. There is a small roach infestation and I’m a a huge minimalistic clean freak and I still had them. I was able to get rid of the infestation with mighty mint spray from Amazon. The management here is not great. It’s hard to get in contact with management. You will only see them or hear from them if your rent is late. They don’t care if you’re happy or not they just want your money. The maintenance doesn’t really fix things and get mad when asked to fix things My fridge hasnt been working for two weeks and now all my food is bad and they won’t do anything or don’t think it’s important to fix. When my lease is up I will definitely be moving.

I just moved out of here! (Late 2023) This place does not look like pictures at all, its linoleum everywhere no carpet or fancy counters. They only brought one copy of the lease to sign and didn't let me do a move in inspection. If you do move here don't let the manager tell you to do it online. Lots of broken little things around the unit, broken cabinet doors and closet hardware, the floor had holes in it, and the unit wasn't even CLEANED when I moved in. They may look nice now that they are getting fixed. But they are rat infested apartments. Some neighbors are on drugs and will be outside all hours of the night. And the landlord Tracy is friends with them all so she won’t do anything about it.
