I understand I didn't have an appt. That still doesn't constitute me waiting an hour and 40mins just to pee in a cup for an employment drug test. Over 8 people went in front of me. When I got here I was the only one in the waiting room. The lady at the front was nice but my experience at this place was pathetic and not professional at all.
Agile staff and medical personnel handle our work comp claims well and take good care of our injured coworkers, very happy with their customer service.
I waited over 30 minutes in the lobby to be checked in and I was the only patient here. I do not recommend coming here. Terrible customer experience.
I had a positive experience at Agile. Since walking in the receptionist Maria was very friendly. She did an amazing job with checking me in to drawing my blood. One of the best visit I have had.
Just like the Salinas location can't ever answer the phone
