I have submitted multiple warranty requests, which have gone unnoticed unless I take it to the higher ups. These homes were made of cheap material and the bare minimum effort were put into them just to pass inspection. Within six months of moving in, I had cracked concrete slabs, two roof leaks, cracked ceiling, detached baseboards, holes in the grout and that’s just to name a few.
