Most people here are friendly and helpful. One of the receptionists I've spoken to was very clearly annoyed and didn't feel like helping though. Efficiency could be greatly improved by simply utilizing the text-based messaging system in Mychart so that people don't have to contact your office for every little thing
Check your security gaurd. Hes disrespectful, doesn't respect boundaries/requests, and always on his phone.
It's a good place if you're in dire need of financial help regarding your own healthcare, but past that? Avoid… Update: I have been off the toxic poisons prescribed to me in the past and have been doing a lot better without them. Remember the “mental health” industry is not about your well-being, but keeping you docile and quiet at your own expense. Marion Jordon basically helped me get many surgeries to get my life back. I am so impressed with her knowledge base and she learns more all the time. Her staff is very kind to me as well. It's a bit of a wait at times but they are very thorough and incredibly well trained. Thank you so much you guys and gals for saving my life basically. I'll never ever not be grateful to you all. Thank you!!!
Very polite staff. Quick service. Always willing to help you make an appointment. Very clean. Great doctors. Blood laboratory on site. Great overall.
