I have only nice things to say about this office. Lovely space, great staff including Mona at the front desk. Dr Francis combines experienced skill with a friendly, personal manner. I felt I was in very good hands and I am very grateful to have been referred to them. They make a not really fun process as tolerable as it could be. My thanks to Dr Francis and his staff..I wish all medical experiences were this good.
Dr. Francis is fabulous! I cannot say enough about how wonderful he is. I had a major dental problem involving severe infection in my jawbone. Dr. Francis not only treated the issue by scraping the bone clean of infection - something that sounds much more horrible than the actual experience as conducted by Dr. Francis - but he has also provided over 2 years worth of follow ups (to ensure adequate healing) at no charge.
