This review is regarding the staff and the doctor and the wait times. Each time I go in, I am a few minutes early and each time they don’t even call my name for at least 25 minutes. I’ve never been there when he is not “running behind”. Then when they put you in the room, you’re waiting another 20+ minutes. When I ask the staff the ETA they answer as if they are shocked I’m asking such a thing and give me vague answers like “he’ll be in in a few minutes”. Iam really taken aback by the policy which was never mentioned to me while I made an appointment. I had to travel for a family emergency the clinic never called me or reminded me about my appointment and conveniently wants to charge me 50$ this is stupid.

I had an appointment set for 4-5 weeks out, the day before I was supposed to get off work early to go to my appointment , I received a call saying that the doctor was cancelling because he had a new appointment at the hospital. Fine, I understand, emergencies happen. But when I asked when I could get another appointment, the woman said 5 weeks out! I commented, so I go to the back of the line essentially? She quickly said, yes. I said no thank you. In my respectful opinion, this is a careless way of conducting business.

Dr. Seftel is amazing and has been straight up with me thru this process of cancer. He has gotten all my appointments moved up to next day when they were weeks out. He is very straight forward and compassionate. I'm very lucky to have him on my side right now as I go through this very unfortunate situation. Thank you Dr. Seftel Sincerely W. Shelton

The one star is for Dr Seftel’s NURSE. She was incredibly rude and belittling. After waiting almost 20 minutes for the doctor, I told his nurse I had to leave because I had another appointment coming up. She looked at her watch and was not impressed by the amount of time I’d been waiting. Instead she said, “You should plan more time between appointments.” ????!!
