First of all, I am terrified of dentists. This stellar team of Dr. Catalina, her Assistant Ubia and the front office team are so professional that my experience today was much easier than I imagined . I appreciate that the team tells me what they are doing so I can be apprised of the procedure in real time. They are all very concerned about my comfort and well being during the procedure and Dr. Catalina does excellent work.
I was visiting from out of town and had a dental emergency. After looking online, I saw that Santa Cruz Dental Artist had good reviews and were available for same-day visits. Rozanne reached out to me within a few hours, she was very compassionate and realized that needed to be seen that afternoon (which was a Friday)..
