I recently moved my banking to the Salinas office of Santa Cruz County Bank. My new banker is A.J. Flores. He has been so helpful in setting up my accounts. A.J. is knowledgeable and friendly. He made the whole process so easy. He follows up promptly on requests, and facilitates interactions with other bank staff. I know I can always count on him to get it right.
