I regret deeply that I ever signed up for this clinic and am now stuck here for a month until Alliance can change my provider. The front staff woman I spoke to was dismissive, rude, and only offered responses of “well that’s the way we do it here” or “we’re a clinic not an ER and the doctors are booked a month out.” A month?! especially after reading other reviews, I’m switching back to Doctors on Duty ASAP. A wonderful staff with daily walk in options and cancellation lists.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. Do not come here if you really need a doctor. If you're a minute late, your appointment will be canceled and that's not the worst part and when you are on time, be prepared to wait a minimum of 45 minutes to an hour just to get into a room in about another 20 minutes 30 minutes to see a doctor after that they always say the doctors are double booked or running late and that's because all they literally care about is getting money and seeing as much people as possible and when y... read more

If I could give them less than 0 stars I would this is the worst place worst front staff & doctors don’t ever want to do their job obviously all they care about is billing you

This place is absolutely horrible. They took out the kiosks to leave reviews and comments at the office likely because of all the terrible reviews. I have been a “patient” for 5 months and the visits are anything but thorough. Enhanced care management really dropped the ball and left me hanging. People have cancelled appointments I have made 6 weeks in advance with 1 hour notice twice in a row. None of my more serious health needs have been addressed.
