With the prior management we were very happy. They did a great job on our vinyl plank wood look flooring. We went to Carpet One to shop and get a quote for wall to wall carpeting. After selecting the carpet, we had a salesman measure our home. He did and it has been 3 weeks with no call. Do they not want money?!

Our landlord sent us in to pick flooring for our whole house after it was smoke damaged in the CZU fire. We were asking for laminate in the dining room/kitchen area, and carpet in the rest of the home. The salesman Richard went straight to the high end laminate and when I asked to see other options was not given any, he said if the landlord wouldn't pay he would suggest a cheaper alternative.
