This office is a hot mess. If you ever get to see the allergist, they are good. I have been given the go around for about a month. The office desk clerks never seem to know what is going on. They don't know how to schedule appointments or what kind of appointments I need. Train up someone that knows what they are doing and keep them at the front desk.
Dr Kim, allergist and asthma doctor in Soquel, is fantastic & I highly recommend him for anyone suffering symptoms. He is kind and listens makes insightful recommendations. I’ve never had a wonderful doctor such as him. I have finally decided to get the inoculations to desensitize myself from all my allergies and I’m happy that the location is convenient for me (near Capitola).
