Dr.Landon and his team have seen me and my family for….well before I can remember. The team is the most efficient I have seen in healthcare and I WORK in healthcare. Not only does he always try to find the most cost-effective solution but does the best job reassuring any and all concerns I have. He is very straightforward and transparent which is very rare. Needed new glasses and Dr. Landon came through. The best optometrist I’ve seen in a while and was familiar with my vision issues. He was very thorough and very kind. Before my appointment, my Uber driver talked very highly of him and for good reason. He’s great at what he does and genuinely enjoys his work.
The sweetest employees ever! I called to ask if they accepted the insurance that my fiancé and I have… despite not knowing, the receptionist eagerly helped me and answered as many questions as possible. She was an absolute delight to speak with and made me feel so comfortable. Her positive attitude and professionalism made me want to ensure my insurance is one accepted by this business… an amazing first impression.
