I have 24 years of experience in real estate and lending, I have never experienced an Escrow officer with such a greedy attitude as Nancy Hawkins Of Santa Clarita Escrow. She wants to charge a full cancelation fee for a service she did not provided. She even went to the extend of hiring a lawyer to defend herself for the complains I placed with the Department of corporations.
