Dr Cho was amazing, efficient and very friendly, he explained everything he was going to do prior to the procedure and during, He made me feel comfortable the whole time. Thank you for a great experience!
Since I have such a fear of dental work, I don't dread it as much. Everyone there (staff) receptionist, hygienist and dentist are so "warm" and "gentle", maintaining professionalism! Madonna was my hygienist for this visit. She is fantastic!! So nice, very gentle and very professional. Love the way she explains things!!
Visiting the offices of Dr's. Allen & Kelly Smudde is always a pleasant experience. I like the fact that it is consistent. Consistently pleasant, that is. Not sure if it's because the staff go through training on how to meet, greet and treat customers....but whatever the method....they should continue doing it. Because it works!!!
Dr. Cho did a root canal for me this week. He did an amazing job! He was thorough and gentle. I'm am so thankful to be pain free!
