You have a very professional staff. I am always made comfortable on my visits.
This was my daughter (2yrs9mos) and my first visit to the office and if one can be thrilled by a trip to the dentist, I was. Every staff member we encountered from the beginning to the end of the visit was friendly and professional; and, everyone was extremely accomodating of my young child. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Dental visits can be a bit scary. Everyone on staff makes it a point to go out of their way to provide you with a great experience. They let you know upfront what to expect from your visit and are there to answer any questions you might have. Great service in person, over the phone, and online. The online appointment setting is helpful for those, who, like myself, dread spending a lot of time on the telephone. Top notch service, really.

I was taken care of very well. My dentist was a bit late when I was preped, and I thought I was getting treated by Dr. Smudde, but Dr. Cho was great.
