ALWAYS, my experience in the chair at Drs. Smuddes' office is wonderful. Usually, payment for services is fair. However, my last appointment was more than $600 over the quote due to the office not checking with my insurance company first! I could have waited until the new fiscal year (2 months away) for my crowns to be replaced & insurance would have covered the $600+ charge. Found our new dentist, son & I went for our first visit, it was like going to the day spa. Staff and rooms were clean, comfy, high tech with great views. No surprises, everything was explaned well and completed without pain. Looking forward to my next visit, really!
I have missed a few scheduled cleanings the past year and a half and finally was able to come in last week. It's already embarrassing to be so late but the entire team was supportive and made me feel like they understood. Lisa did an amazing job and the time dr. Allen took with me going over continued care was fantastic. Thank y'all for making it so easy to get back on track
Dr. Cho is wonderful. Friendly, informative, fast. For someone who does not tolerate the sound of a drill very well it was a painless experience!

Drs. Smudde run the best and most friendly dentist office. They greet you with a smile and start the appointment right on time. Cleaning is explained clearly and done with the latest equipment. They inflict no pain and make the experience as pleasant as going to the dentist can be.

I had heard from two of my close friends that the Smudde's are the best dentists around, friendly, professional and very good. I went and had ex-rays and they showed me exactly where I had cavities and exactly what my problems were. They were professional and honest. I won't go anywhere else, they have my business for life.
