The very best part of the visit for me was that I was asked "Did you have a good weekend? " as opposed to the usual "So, what are your plans for the weekend?" Or "What did you do this weekend"? I am a private person and i dread going to the dentist because I get hit with personal questions from both the hygienist snd the dentist. Some of us really don't like being chatted up like this. Seriously.
Your email reads ‘if you enjoyed your visit please comment etc’. Shouldn’t you want ALL revewis! You are AWESOME but your email sounds like you doubt your quality of service.
As someone with horrible dental anxiety, some of my fears were alleviated by all staff that worked with me; they could not have been sweeter or more patient. I am so appreciative of the time taken to make me comfortable.
They do everything right! From the moment I entered the suite I was welcomed and felt like part of the family. They were interested in me personally in addition to being very professional. All of my questions were answered clearly and everything was explained. They even took time to ask me about how I want to be treated as a patient! An example is that I prefer to be walked through all aspects of my teeth as opposed to if I just wanted the bottom line.
Best caring dentist ever. I go every three months.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, explaining everything and answering all of my questions. My children liked how friendly and happy everyone was, making it a less stressful experience.
My hygienist was great and did a great job! Love this office. I asked for a consult for Invisalign and clearly the person doing the consult was new and being trained. She hurt my mouth so bad as she was probing around that I had to quit the consult. Someone else was trying to guide her during the exam and wanted her to start over which I did not want to do. Love this office, but I should have been warned if I wanted to be a test patent...which I would not do.
