Great office and staff. Dr. Allen and Dr. Kelly are great.Treatment plan shows prices that seem very high and the amount I was told to bring in for my first appt of work does not show the correct amount my insurance pays.
This is the most incredible office. Not only is everyone knowledgable, but they are also incredibly friendly. It is always a pleasant experience going in there.
Exactly how a trip the dentist office should be. The entire building is owned by dentists, and everything is brand new and state of the art. Dr. Kelly Smudde is great! Very professional and still so sweet and friendly. A very caring and polite environment from the front desk staff, to the hygenists, all the way up to the Doctors themselves. A great experience. I actually can't wait to go back and get my cavity filled - maybe I can watch TV while they do it !
As a new client I was very impressed how both personal and insurance information was compiled. The treatment was explained completely and all options were discussed in detail. After the procedure is finished I will post again with the rest of the story.
Enjoyed the friendly and professional office
I went in to have a crown- re-glued and came back a second day to have a filling done and dental Hygienist (Meredith) who was most professional and friendly.I'd highly recommend her. She is gentle, personable, and knows her profession quite well.
The staff here are friendly and efficient. Dr. Allen is really nice. Would definitely recommend this dentist office.
