My flooring at beautiful, but we have been waiting for months for them to do small repairs. Even spoke to the owner's son. That was over 2 weeks ago. I have heard nothing. No one wants to return calls.
My mother and I were a bit concerned about all the pieces that involved the process of selecting a floor and the work it would take to complete the 4 rooms involved. Brian Hall, at Santa Clarita Flooring made the complete process an easy one from start to finish. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable. After only a short time, the poor installation is showing. The flooring we had put down is coming up (there is bowing at the seems), the baseboards were not attached properly secured to walls, and the overall install was not good. I have attached pictures. Please make sure your inspect the install very throughly, seems like they really wanted to save tome and money with a subpar job. Not happy.
