Great job on installing our engineered hardwood floor. I waited one year to post a review since I wanted to see if the work would stand up to the test of time at least for 1 year, where the installation gremlins might show up. None did. Pleased with how responsive this company is. Sara responds quickly to my texts and emails. Answers my questions promptly. Very large selection of all flooring and very competitive prices
After only a short time, the poor installation is showing. The flooring we had put down is coming up (there is bowing at the seams), the baseboards were not attached properly secured to walls, and the overall install was not good. I have attached pictures. Please make sure you inspect the install very thoroughly, seems like they really wanted to save time and money with a subpar job. Not happy, as they refused to correct this crappy job.
We had a great experience with Santa Clarita Flooring in getting new carpet. Sara helped me find a carpet that matched our quality and pricing needs and scheduling was very smooth. Installation took one long day and was done with care. Carpet looks beautiful, we are very happy!
