After only a short time, the poor installation is showing. The flooring we had put down is coming up (there is bowing at the seams), the baseboards were not attached properly secured to walls, and the overall install was not good. I have attached pictures. Please make sure you inspect the install very thoroughly, seems like they really wanted to save time and money with a subpar job. Not happy, as they refused to correct this crappy job.
We had a great experience with Santa Clarita Flooring in getting new carpet. Sara helped me find a carpet that matched our quality and pricing needs and scheduling was very smooth. Installation took one long day and was done with care. Carpet looks beautiful, we are very happy!
This was the worst experience from beginning to end! The goal was to have the rug replaced in the master bedroom of our new home with tile that matched the rest of the tile throughout the house. I went to the flooring center and chose a tile that was very similar to the color that we had in our home. A couple of days later, one of their sales people came to our home and gave us an estimate for ripping out the carpet, and installing the tile and MATCHING grout.
