The older lady was rude.
Late December and the Claran has tightened their belts and haven't had a free room this year, they don't consistently give the perks they used to and tight machines. Husband doesn't want to come here anymore. Sad, it was THE place we loved to go to. 2025 update. The Grill opened in 2024. Food is good but getting someone to wait on you takes a lot of patience!! We get free nights in the hotel after joining players club and we have found they are definitely one of the best we have stayed in NM. We are very happy with the hotel... read more
