Received a delivery of birthday flowers with broken stems and old and dying flowers. Could not reach the company by phone and invalid email. Wish they would make things right. Clare McIntyre
The roses in the bouquet, that was sent to me by my daughter, died in less than three days, and also the ferns, the two were completely dried out. For the amount of money she spent they should have lasted a lot longer. The flowers I buy from Safeway on the $5.00 Friday Specials, last almost a week, and many times roses are part of that bouquet.
Extremely disappointed. I got to know that this order has not been delivered yet. I order two days ago for someone who was not well and now the flowers are delayed and makes me very sad and makes no sense to be delivered after two days of placing the order. I am very disappointed with the service as the website says same day delivery? I feel you should let us know if it's going to be delayed. I am very disappointed and extremely upset with the service. Don't bother - they are scam artists. I sent a $119 arrangement to my boss, a senior manager at Cisco in Silicon Valley, CA. What I ordered was nothing like what was delivered, as in the photos attached. What's worse is that Woodward's has not returned my calls. I understand that sometimes minor substitutions need to be made, but it's clear that Woodward's pockets the money for high-end arrangements but deliver less costly arrangements instead.
