The staff are superb. Took care of my baby Chloe. They answered all my question.
Service was amazing! The staff was very attentive and compassionate.
Thank you so much for taking care of my pet! I took him to a few vets prior to taking him here and everyone just turned us away saying it was nothing. I new for a fact he wasn't fine. He wasn't being himself and I was afraid I might lose him. My friend told me about this place and Luckily Santa Clara vet and Dr. Payne prescribed the right meds for him and took very great care of Mickey his whole stay! I'm beyond thankful! Great job!
Gave a treatment they said would work, which was more than twice as much as we were going to spend. Did a test and they got the results, but neglected to call with the information. My beloved cat died because they did not treat him correctly when they knew his condition. They also refused to help us after he died - made us feel like it was our fault when we followed their instructions.

Talked me into spending more than double, didn't follow-up or call with test results for 3 days after they got them. Cat died the day before. Did more harm than good.
