Grossly negligent!! My stepdad arrived at the ER on Thursday for a major fall and had 8 broken ribs, a broken pelvis, bruised lungs, and more. First red flag was showing up to be there with him and 2 bathrooms had either zero soap or no paper towels. Second red flag was that during my stepdad's stay they failed to change his gown for multiple days and never bathed him for the 4 nights/5 days that he was there. Unacceptable care and predatory billing! My spouse and I came to this Emergency Room terrified, suspecting acute appendicitis. We ended up waiting from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM just to be seen. Six hours of agony in a waiting room that was in an absolutely terrible, dirty, and rundown condition. When the doctor finally saw us, the "examination" was a complete joke. Very rude assistant on the second floor in trauma icu heavy set woman I never want to complain but she was really rude the whole time I been visiting well my fiance is in there fighting for his life you would think she will have a little respect with us instead of hanging the phone up or pretending we never rang the bell when we want to visit him. I will get her name and I'm going to report her so this doesn't happen to no one else.
