The lab started 7:30am but 7:51 am, they called only one person in. What did they do? The hospital lab has only one employee to get blood and takes 21 minutes to be done???? I just asked the receptionist why it took so long? She said only one person working and then the person who only work to do blood test, she got out with a bad attitude , she said only her working today so if people here don’t like to wait, go to another place.
06.10.25 9:45am Mom and Dad both had multiple vials of blood drawn per PCP's orders in a fasted state along with a urine sample. It was like a Shohei Ohtani signing event was taking place here as there were a MULTITUDE of people waiting for labs this morning. Every seat was occupied plus people standing and in wheelchairs. So if you thought Tuesday mid morning was a good time to go..... no. I always go here early in the morning, between 730 and 830 am. No one is there, usually 2-3 people in the waiting area. The Lady that draws my blood, very professional and gentle. Services 10/10
I made a joke to the lab person about her getting me so much blood out that they should pay me stupid joke . She responded “ what else do you want ? This is for free , you’re not paying any co-payment “ these labs test cost lots of money …… am I right you’re not paying a cent ? I say yes I’m not paying but it was a stupid joke I felt humiliated! I didn’t say anything at the moment because I know better and was time for me to be quiet . But I think the people who works in this kind of hospital where you have lots of charity... read more
