It's unbelievable. I showed up 15 minutes early for a 2 p.m. appt. Waited in waiting room for 45 mins and was put into a room where I'm now waiting yet again. My appt. "Started at 2 o clock". I've been waiting for an hour for what was supposed to be a simple in and out. This is why people don't want to bother making an appointment. What's the point if you guys can't stick to the appointment to you give us.!!!!????
