Extremely difficult to get an appointment, the pharmacy staff is TERRIBLE and rude. Not friendly at all. Will be contacting someone higher up because this is NOT the kind of service our tax dollars warrants.
Nurse left me a 3 minute long voicemail about me and other patients. Said I didn’t have a voicemail set up, clearly I did. I’ll be switching clinics and never going back. Asked for blood work, it was declined even though I have a family history and have been coming to the clinic with symptoms for years. I’m currently pregnant with extreme nausea and was declined to be seen until February. I was told to go to urgent care. Extremely Poor Service and Unprofessional Staff in the Lab. I am extremely disappointed with the service at Valley Health Medical Center in Milpitas, in the lab. The lab staff, Maka and Donna, demonstrated shocking carelessness and unprofessional behavior. An 81+ year-old patient was given the wrong test to perform, despite the doctor clearly prescribing a 24-hour test.
