I am writing to share a concern about my recent visit to your office. My family have been coming to this clinic for almost 9 years, and overall we value the medical care we receive. However, during my last visit, the receptionist in the Lab department Thursday 3:30pm treated us in a very unprofessional manner. Slowest pharmacy ever. Would’ve been faster to just go to a CVS/Walgreens for a shot
Recently got approved for Santa Clara health plan, was assigned Dr. Acosta, tried to call and set up an appointment and was told she wasn't accepting any new appointments. The woman I spoke with then tried to bully me into contacting my insurance and pressuring me into choosing a different doctor by telling me they were refusing to see me for at least 4 months. I think its really cool that people who took an oath to care for people can just pick and choose when they want to actually do so.
