I had a dental emergency and had to be seen for x rays. I am a single mother of a 3yr old autistic child. The staff was NOT welcoming. The dentist gave me BLANK REFERRALS to call and schedule an appointment. I've called the referrals given to me 3 times in the last 3 weeks and have NOT gotten a call back or anything. DO NOT go to this dentist as they do not have good communication and do not care and will send you off with random referrals to figure it out for your self.
Maria the Dentist was a very caring dentist she said I could just come In should I have problems or issues .phone calls are always routed to Valley Health Center in San Jose. I honestly feel she truly cares about me & my well being. I appreciated her .
