The staff was very nice in conducting my appointment....well done!
Rep advised me that most insurances would not cover the scan I needed. I told them I would pay out of pocket, and they still ran my insurance. Which is not an issue, but once the insurance denies the cost, they cancel your appt without a phone call. It happened 3 times where I got a text advising my appt was cancelled due to my insurance not covering cost.
