Had an appointment which I scheduled 2 weeks in advance. Came 15 mins early as instructed to fill out paperwork. 25 mins after my scheduled appointment timeslot, I was told that the technician went out for a lunch break at 5pm. Never coming to this place again. Would give it 0/5 stars if I could. Literally no other patient here except me for the past 30 mins
If you ever need an MRI I HIGHLY suggest scheduling with Bardia the technician at the Santa Clara SimonMed imaging facility! I am extremely claustrophobic and put off scheduling for as long as possible, but he was able to get me in with an open MRI machine, took the time to show me how everything was strapped and how to remove the helmet myself in cause I started to panic, made me feel calm and at ease, and was very gentle when administering the contrast.
