Called to get an appointment for X-ray. They mentioned that walk ins are available and only one person in line. After coming to the lab they mention it's all booked and can't do walk in. Unprofessional in managing and also denied that they do appointments when asked for a next day slot. Next day the same story repeated but once I reminded them I came in yesterday then they gave me walk in appointment
Just got a Coronary Calcium Scan at this Santa Clara location, outside of my regular Kaiser health insurance. The receptionist checked me in on time, was friendly, very patient (while I was nervously double checking all the reporting details) and very co-operative (gave me my Imaging CD right after I was done). The technician was professional and friendly, the CT scan machine was nicely open (a pleasant surprise). I was done in less than 30 minutes at that building, everything included. Very clean facility and friendly staff. They were able to even accommodate me earlier than my scheduled appointment.
