I was trying to rest this Sunday afternoon when I received an unsolicited call from Santa Clara Family Health Plan. When I pointed out that today is Sunday and that calling at that hour was impolite and inappropriate, the representative responded rudely, stating that they are open on Sundays and can call whenever they choose. I called SCFhp the representative, Natalie, had me verify my information. However after, she spoke condescending and with a tone like she had a bone to pick. I ask her for help with the Provider information to assert my medical needs. Natalie left me on hol for several minutes and I am flabbergasted at how she has a job. I am definitely changing plans. The time they assigned me a primary provider, the customer representative was so rude and condescending for no reason. She was trying to make you feel stupid for asking basic questions even though no average person would know everything about insurance and its literally her job to know about it. Then she assigned me to a primary provider that doesn't accept new patients, so she was basically an awful person AND incompetent.
