EDITED AGAIN: Honestly, the past few days I have received some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen in the USA. They pick up their lines very quickly When I call them (I’m confused why some of the other reviews say they wait on hold for a long time; I’ve never faced that) When someone says they are going to call you back, they do. So I’m new to the USA. Recently got my green card and qualified for MCAP (medi-cals program for pregnant women). For the first two trimesters I was in Los Angeles but the last trimester I moved to Northern California and in turn moved my insurance to my new location.
