The time they assigned me a primary provider, the customer representative was so rude and condescending for no reason. She was trying to make you feel stupid for asking basic questions even though no average person would know everything about insurance and its literally her job to know about it. Then she assigned me to a primary provider that doesn't accept new patients, so she was basically an awful person AND incompetent. Worst most unprofessional healthcare organization. No matter after three changes for a primary physician, not a single one met me in person, spoke to me directly, and despite very specific messages for the doctor on the awful scfh portal, I still never could receive help. Medi CAL should stop funding this lousy organization. Worst doctors and even during serious gout attacks and I contacted him for a prescription renewal I was unable to get a response. They simply don’t care.
Some female try to address herself as Felecia could not answer my questions and kept interrupting me.
