I have a friend that called and waited 30min on hold and when someone finally answered the phone and she said hello good morning in Spanish, she hung up the phone. Really bad customer service. She could've said she don't speak spanish. So I called again and waiting 30min on hold and the lady answered the phone again and I asked if they have someone that can translate and she hung up the phone again. What kind of customer service is this and what language do you prefer?
