I received awful service (White Road branch)... I had finally received my mother's DOC and not only was my experience unprofessional, but the lack of empathy shown by the representatives was a terrible customer experience. Not to mention the rudeness and unhelpfulness given by the employee when contacting the beneficiary. Little to no help at all, after my mother had been a customer with them for over 30+ years. I give 2 stars because my mother was always positive and was a very understanding and accepting woman.
