This is a very predatory company. They charge $4,000 for a ride and want to charge me for the balance that the hospital won’t pay. They came and told me that I should go to the hospital even when it wasn’t necessary and tried to scare me to agree to a ride. They are also very unprofessional, mostly young men who were just joking around with each other the whole time.
I had an excellent experience with AMR on Saturday, April 27, 2024 Medic Unit 38. Corey, Jay and Ryan were friendly, professional and a pleasure to be around. A great team makes a stressful experience much more manageable! Thanks guys.
