Hello Good Afternoon, I’ve been living here at Santa Carolina. For 1 year and Neysa has been a Great Manager here at the apartments. She’s been very friendly and helpful for the amount of time I’ve been here at the apartments.
Yo tengo 8 años viviendo aquí , y estoy muy agradecida por todos los buenos servicios que emos recibido. es un área muy segura para mí y mi hijos . Les agradezco a la compañía y también a Neisa y a su equipo de trabajo que siempre nos an dado la atención en todo 🙏🏽🤩
I wish I couldn’t give any stars to this place Santa Carolina apartment are the worst place I ever lived I paid 2k to move into this place. Apartment is infested with roaches and extremely dirty please don’t move in here the manager lady neysa is the worst inhumane person I’ve ever met is not only the roach problem they have me with no AC as well management doesn’t care don’t do anything people with pets don’t pick up after them the place in general is extremely dirty I repeat do not move here place is horrible and old.
I wish I could give zero stars for the lack of care & attentiveness from manager Neysa. She is quicker to ask for a five star review than to tend to issues in the complex. I am currently sitting here with a broken A/C unit. Apparently the complex only has ONE maintenance guy at the moment, who she supposedly cannot get a hold of since yesterday when I first brought the problem up to her. Not my problem!
