I just switched my heating service to Santa Fuel because it offered an excellent rate and has a great reputation. Plus its customer representative was very responsive and answered all my questions. I am looking forward to having Santa Fuel service my home heating needs this winter.
Excellent quality and customer service. Have been with Santa for almost 20 years and am continually impressed with their positive attitude and thorough services.
Our HVAC system needed some repair and the dispatcher luckily sent us an excellent service tech. Max was polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and articulate. I hope we don't have any problems going forward but will happily and with confidence make a call to Santa if needed.
