I was greeted cheerfully by the front desk ladies upon my arrival. I was met promptly by Nadia who did a very thorough and professional job of taking X-rays and cleaning my teeth. She complimentied me for taking good care of my teeth and gums by flossing every day. Dr Layus checked my X-rays and explained how one tooth might ne slightly decaying.
I have been with Santa Barbara Smiles Dentistry for several years and appreciate all the good work Dr. Layus and staff have helped me with. My teeth get stained easily although I try my best to eliminate staining food or drink. Nadia, my dental hygienist does an excellent job of removing those stains and helps me to restore my teeth to pearly whites…. That makes me feel good and want to smile more often to show them off. Thank you Nadia, Dr. Layus and Staff for all you do.
Five stars hands down from the moment walk in through the door to when you leave. The staff are friendly and warm. Dr. Layus has the patience of an angel. He listens to the patient’s needs. He explains what he is going to do and why. The dental hygienists are amazing at what they do. I got two fillings done in less than an hour and a half. Been going to Dr Layus office for several years. He has taken the time to explain what work I need and why. The dental hygienist is awesome. The first time I had a dentist give me a mirror to look into my mouth and point out my dental issues, not just in an x-ray. He replaced my old 30+ year silver filling with modern white fillings.
