We are super fortunate to have this store in town. We really are! Been going there for years. These guys are very knowledgeable. They have a great in- stock supply of high end fixture and basic repair parts. If not they can pretty much order whatever you need. Ask for Jason, he is a guru when it comes to past and current high end kitchen/Bath plumbing fixtures.
I went to Santa Barbara Plumbing today to look for bathroom fixtures. The pleasant young man at the front desk referred me to the showroom. On my way back to the showroom I passed two employees going toward the front of the store. They stood at the front desk talking, apparently about a client who had yet to make selections. I did not hover, but waited within sight for 10 minutes, When no one engaged me in any way, not even to say they would be with me as soon as they could, I left. This place is rude was treated like i couldn't afford anything or i didnt have a knowledge of what i was looking for guy was short with me didn't want to even come close to helping me and best he could say was oh you would have to bring it in so i could match it up when i asked him to see parts he immediately said that part was like way more expensive than my sink and said it was a hundred bucks for a faucet cartridge and wouldn't fit my sink like seriously dude...
