First there was Laura. She was very kind and considerate answering my many questions. She made it easy to set up an appointment around my busy schedule. Second there was Tyler who did the repairs and answered my many questions :) No doubt he's very skilled and made the entire process easy to understand and is a very NICE person!! This was my first time I've ever had to call for help with my garage door. I had heard of SB Overhead Door, good reviews. They stand tall on doing it right. Thank you.
Tyler was great! He fixed the spring on our garage door opener quickly. Then he helped us hook up our car to the opener so we didn’t have to use the remote. He showed us our camera on our opener which we didn’t realize we have. He helped us with all the technology which we appreciated. He was very friendly and professional. A great representative of the SB Overhead Door company. Thank you Tyler!
I saw good things about Tyler and the service he provides and it was all true! He recognized a problem I hadn’t even mentioned and not only took care of that but everything else too, including installing a new opener, efficiently and professionally.
