incredible service that is not only helpful and fixes the issues....but it done by a team that is genuinely nice and caring towards others. This includes everyone from the office and in the field. I have referred them to 2 other friends....we all agree. And of course: the garage doors are awesome too!

Don’t let them buy materials for you. I needed the jams replaced on either side of my garage door. They tried to charge me $150 for two treated 2x6s. When I asked to see the receipt, they adjusted the cost down to $91 after eventually producing a receipt. If I hadn't called this out, the company was totally fine overcharging me despite knowing the true cost They did a good job fixing my garage door, but they fleeced me on materials which is just scummy business.

They did a good job fixing my garage door, but they fleeced me on materials which is just scummy business.

We've used SB Overhead Door for over 20 years and always have been pleased with their service. Yesterday we decided it was time to have our garage door opener upgraded and Jacob came and spent the better part of the day not only installing a new side-mount system but sweating the details to make sure it was as whisper quiet as possible. It was a tricky install because of the weight and configuration of our existing door, but he showed patience and perseverance throughout the whole process. Highly recommend these guys.
