Mark was very rude on the phone gave a bad attitude when I called to ask about a job position they posted on line then he said this job is not for you and don’t call here again and just hanged up the phone I thought that was rude That’s probably why people don’t want to work for him I encourage no one to work for him
Santa Barbara Koi is a local institution. Mark and all of his crew are top-notch. Santa Barbara Koi always keeps our pools clear and clean. When we have pool equipment failure, they are quick to get us back up and running. We have been working with them since 2015.

Unbelievable customer service. Mark went above and beyond helping me after hours with my koi pond emergency. I am forever in debt to him and, would recommend Santa Barbara KOI with a 5Star rating!!
A total success! I now have a beautiful pond thanks to SB Koi. My koi pond was frog green and needed serious help. Mark took a look and told me what to do and what plants to get for a natural fix, instead of the recommendations of others for a total rebuild and mechanical filters. He said it would look clear and naturally balanced in two months. True to his prediction I now have a clear, naturally balanced pond. The koi love it.
