Wonderful company. I have been doing business with Santa Barbara Koi for over three decades. They have always done my pond maintenance and they do the job right. The crews work hard, are very polite, pay attention to detail, and seem to enjoy what they do. Helpful in a bind! Santa Barbara Koi was hugely helpful to us when we had an emergency with some of our koi fish. It was late in the evening and the answering machine gave Mark’s cell phone number and told us to call at any time. We'd worked with them before and they always said to call whenever we had a problem, so we did and he immediately offered to help us.
