Stay anywhere else – Stay away.....Terrible service by an arrogant untrained staff. Rooms were dirty and furniture uncomfortable. Lots of construction noise with no warning. Claim to a "beach" location are greatly exaggerated.
Best kept secret in Santa Barbara – Friendly, knowledgeable and wonderful staff. The room we had was more spacious than in hotels costing twice as much. Panoramic views and a functional lanai made our stay mostly pleasurable. The continental breakfast in the lobby was not our favorite, but it was on the house: no complaint! Highly recommended: we will return.
What a nice place – I loved it. Get an ocean view room. It is little noisy, becouse the pool is also on ocean view site, so you can hear the kids, but after 9 it is very nice and there is no one in the pool. Let me tell you the bad things first: the shower had a wierd smell, but if you run water for few min before you take shower you'll be fine, also our room did not had bathtub.
