From start to finish, Brad Orlich (Santa Barbara Homes) along with his son Chase, was a pleasure to work with. Chase and Brad did an amazing job on the remodel of our master bed and bath and even the patio. They were so helpful with picking out the tiles and glass for the shower. Chase and brad were at the house daily overseeing the project making sure no steps were missed. We are forever grateful to Chase and Brad and the crews for helping us in creating our own personal oasis. I would highly recommend Chase and Santa Barbara to anyone and in fact I did with Bob M. I chose Brad, from Santa Barbara Homes, from a friends referral and he was right. They do excellent work. They rebuilt my patio with faux stone posts and vigas, new roof and paint and it came out better than I thought it would. Brad and his crew are greats guys, easy to work with and they listen to what you want. Plus his price compared to others was spot on. Highly recommended!!!
