The employees lack common sense. I was asked to leave the store because I was holding a child's Peppa Pig backpack. The "customer service manager" (who was oddly the only person in charge on a Saturday) then followed me around the store as I looked for my husband and 10-year-old daughter. There were plenty of women carrying large purses (with two straps) capable of encasing much larger items than a small child's backpack. I understand there might be a "no backpack" policy but doubt that a child's toy would have been included... read more
A great place to shop for anything from building supplies, garden and landscape to last minute gifts. The staff not only is very knowledgeable but friendly. We've been shopping there for years and we see the same people in every department year after year. It shows they're happy where they work and they pass that joy on to the customers. No need to drive out to Goleta...it's all right here!
Home, hardware and paints—what ever you need—friendly, knowledgeable staff are always ready to help and advise. I love it!
