I went to my eye Dr in 2016, got the Rx and took it to this place. They had a special, buy one get one free, so i got my eye glasses and a set of sunglasses free. Had to wait one day to get them because they weren't able to fill them in one hour as they say. I go back next day to get them, the guy who helped me, didn't even make sure they fit right, just had me try them on and asked how they feel, I said good...then I went about my day. Brought my daughter in for an exam and new glasses. Dr. Wilson is very friendly and great with kids. On the frames side, Sergio knows his stuff. He helped my daughter find a couple pairs of frames that fit her face just right and she loves them. All together, we were in and out in less than an hour.
I BOUGHT GLASSES 2 YRS AGO AND THEY WERE NEVER RIGHT - I TOOK THEM BACK OVER AND OVER - HAD HEADACHES FOR 2 YRS .. THEY TOLD ME I JUST NEED TO GET USED TO PROGRESSIVE - TODAY I WENT TO AMERICAS BEST EYEGLASSES AND THEY SHOWED ME WHERE SB DID NOT ADD THE PROGRESSIVE!!! RIP OFF - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - WORST SELECTION - BASTARDS!!! GO TO AMERICAS BEST!!!
Sergio always provides excellent service. The optometrist Dr. Wilson is right next door. If you have any problems with your prescription just come back within 30 days. Excellent service, excellent choice of frames.
