Victor Vega is a wonderful Counselor for my son. He is supportive and reliable. He gets things done.
The very fact that this institution insinuates that mental health is a behavioral problem is a joke. Ive repeatedly been fallowed by the groups of gossiping sickos in Santa Barbara/goleta had the cops called on me numerous times while im busy working. Telling me I should go here. The harassment ive endured has caused me to start having seizures. Which has nothing to do with behavior obviously. What a sick cruel disgusting joke.
