I do not know how anyone could give a negative review of this property manager? He leased us a wonderful home and made sure any repairs or small things that needed to be done were done on the home exponentially. They provide flexible terms and easy move-in and it's great to support an independent business during this crazy real estate market. I recommend Chris Gregoire and his team to anyone looking for a home on the Central Coast!

Stay far away from this company or you will surely regret it - mark my words. This company also manages housing units owned my Ray Mahboob. Be wise and stay happy, go elsewhere. You will locked into 1 year of complete regret. When you finally leave, they will hold an unfair share of your deposit - making up some lame excuse. Chris is a very nice manager and was courteous and attentive to our needs.
This is the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Chris the owner is not a property manager in anyway shape or form, he put no effort to help the tenant or accommodate any issue a tenant brings up. As far as I know he’s just someone who collects the rent check for the owner and lets her do whatever she wants. So as far as I know there are tenants living on the property illegally and I wouldn’t be surprised with the property manager lives out of his car because he doesn’t have an office address.
