This is the 4th Audi I have owned, definitely my last. The performance of the car is basic, but will get you from point A to point B. The primary frustration is that the AudiConnect app never works. It is sold as a great tool to monitor and control your vehicle, however has only worked 1 out of the 6 months I have owned the vehicle. The dealership and Audi have been ineffective at addressing the issue. I spend hours each week waiting on hold, sometimes up to 2.5 hours, to find out if they have resolved the issues.
